My professional career has allowed me to develop and hone creative writing skills through collaborative work with exemplary educators. I currently script and design marketing materials, grant applications, newsletters, and similar promotional vehicles for a nationally-recognized IB high school. My passion for writing fiction began when I was inspired by the ethereal beauty and embracing people I encountered while driving along the back roads of Wales, Ireland, and England. (Airline tickets to Scotland are on my desk, beside the passport, suitcase, and wellies.)
On a personal note, I live in Wisconsin with a small family and an even smaller cat. I'm happiest when hiking along the Lake Michigan shoreline, wandering across local farm fields, or discovering remote ruins overseas. When I'm not writing, I enjoy watching BBC comedies, period-piece productions, and 1940s televised mysteries (who doesn't love The Thin Man?), as well as reading articles on art fraud and antiquity smuggling.
What can I say? I love a good mystery.
